For Tim Arnett, there’s nothing better than fishing, family time, and helping others find their perfect place to call home. After relocating to the Eastern Shore of Maryland and falling in love with its charm, Tim knew this was where he belonged—and now he’s dedicated to helping others discover the same joy of living here.

Licensed in Maryland since 2021, Tim brings more than just real estate knowledge to the table. Originally from Virginia and a graduate of George Washington University in D.C., he has called the Eastern Shore home for the past 17 years. His deep local insight and understanding of the Delmarva region give his clients a distinct advantage in today’s market.

Before entering real estate, Tim served as a Fire Captain, where he developed his leadership skills, work ethic, and unwavering commitment to helping others—traits that now serve his clients every step of the way in the home buying and selling process.

Outside of work, Tim enjoys traveling, spending time with his wife and two daughters, and getting out on the water for some quality fishing. He believes real estate is about more than just properties—it’s about people, relationships, and finding a place where life feels just right.
